Reports can be generated at user determined time intervals and to pre-determined distribution lists on a per supplier basis. The information is exported in Microsoft Excel format. The report contains the questionnaire responses, control evaluation and history of assessments with the supplier. Some customers use these reports as schedules in commercial agreements.

The default report extracts the most recent responses from a supplier with controls analysis and an overview of the supplier’s response history. Those who need to see a copy of the report can be selected.

Select ‘run report’ on the sidebar menu to generate the report. Select ‘download’ to export.

If there is a need to create regular reports, then these can be scheduled within Abriska.
