Contacts

What are Contacts?

ToAny distributeindividual, thewho BIAis required to view or theedit riskinformation assessments,within individuals need access to Abriska and thereforeAbriska, must be set up as contacts. It is also possible that a contact mayand needassigned toa role. Contacts can also be set up to allocateallocated ownership of a[Resources], resource[Activities], or[Controls] anand activity.[Entities].

To view the list of current contactscontacts, click on ‘Organisation Setup’ and then ‘Contacts’ from the home[Organisation button;Setup] this will then display the list of current contacts.page.

Teams

Abriska also allows an organisation to distribute BIA or risk assessmentsresponsibilities to a ‘Team’. A ‘Team’ is essentially a group of Abriska contacts which allows thefor ownership of a resource or an activity to be added, amended or deleted by any user within the team of which aan resource or activityitem is allocated. Teams can be allocated ownership of any item that can be allocated to a single contact.
