Preparing and distributing the audit report

Reports Menu

An audit report can be generated for each audit. It is created as spreadsheet with a number of tabs.
The tables provide the following details:

  • The Audit Summary
  • A summary list of all the findings
  • A summary of an costs that arose from any of the findings
  • Individual summaries of each finding, including its status, any costs, and any reviews or approvals that are required.
