Work Stages

Below is a generalised list of all work stages which an activity can have. Some of these work stages may not be applicable if:

  1. The activity BIA has not yet started
  2. No products or services have yet been linked
  3. RTO has not yet been defined
  4. NLO has not yet been defined
  5. Recovery stages have not been fully defined
  6. Vital records are not yet identified
  7. The activity BIA is complete

Invalid Work Stages

The following work stages will cause activities to be in a 'Problem' status.

  • Not all products and services are linked
  • MTPD was specified to be less than the timeunit
  • The RTO is greater than the MTPD
  • The RTO based on resources is less than the MTPD
  • The RTO is less than the first resource time
  • The NLO is less than the first resource time
  • The NLO is less than the RTO
  • The RTO is less than the RTO of a related activity
  • The RTO is less than the maximum recovery time
  • The RTO is updated after RTO of a dependent activity
